Oritsedere Akindoju is an experienced Payroll Functional Analyst, Fitness Expert, and Speaker whose over five-year professional journey in the corporate sector spans the fields of banking and human resources.
Currently working with IBM, one of the leading global IT firms, as a PeopleSoft consultant, her work is focused on analyzing and auditing payroll data. Oritsedere is also a manager who is adept at leading her team to succession and overall business growth by fostering their development through coaching, mentoring, and guiding them towards achieving both short-term success and long-term sustainability.
Beyond her strides in the corporate world, Oritsedere is one of the Ambassadors for Lululemon which is a testament to her outstanding enthusiasm and impact in the field of sports. Through her position with Lululemon, she has and continues to support her community using the platform of the “RunwithDere” run club which she leads diligently. In addition, Oritsedere has been featured on various platforms where she shared her story of community and empowerment through sports. She has represented her city as an ambassador and racer at the 2023 annual Lululemon 10K tour and she also doubles as a fitness coach in strength, conditioning and run.
Oritsedere has a strong leaning towards women’s health and empowerment, especially with regards to mothers. A big supporter of women, she constantly inspires every woman that crosses her path to go further. She also believes that life does not stop or slow down after you hit a milestone. This drive, along with her faith, keeps her going in her personal and professional pursuits.

Elmien de Wet is a devoted kindergarten teacher with a flair for creativity and adventure. Originally from South Africa, she now calls Canada home, where she’s been teaching at John Knox Christian School for four years. With a bachelor’s degree in primary education from the University of Pretoria, Elmien brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classroom.
Elmien is married to her husband Walter for 22 years, Elmien is also a proud mother of three children: Isabella, Nicholaas, and Alexander. Outside of teaching, Elmien is an avid runner who has completed the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon twice. She channels her creative energy into her polymer clay earring business, Sweet Lizzie Clay Company.

Oyin Isaac was nominated and recognized as one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women by the 100ABC Women in 2022 as well as Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023. Oyin was nominated for the Women of Inspiration Award in 2023 and was awarded the Rising Leader Award in 2024. She was nominated and awarded the 2024 Ontario Volunteer Service Award.
Oyin Isaac is also the founder of African Canadian Weddings which was founded in August 2016 as a hub to promote and highlight African Canadian Weddings and event vendors across Canada.
Oyin is happily married to her beloved husband, Ebenezer Isaac, and is a devoted mother to two wonderful children. They currently reside in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
